There's Something Strange about these Character Photos!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; March 31, 2017)      So I was on company retreat last night when it was announced that all studio personnel would be receiving images of all the characters that either are being introduced or redesigned in the near future, solely for the purpose of reference. So, this morning, the images were indeed there as promised. Yet, as I looked at the reference images, I noticed something odd.

In regards to the smaller character images, why do those figures have bases? Why would the studio distribute images of these characters on these special bases, especially since Ogel doesn't look any different from his appearance in Alpha Team: Mission Deep Jungle? The same goes for Zachary Virchaus, who looks no different from his DINO Attack RPG appearance. I've heard that there's going to be a big announcement tomorrow, so these may be tied to that, whatever that may be. One way or another, that doesn't explain why part of …

Network Update in Progress!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; March 30, 2017)      While strange images and documents have surfaced over the last two days, we do have a new change that we want to share from around our network! If you've been to the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Wiki since Monday, you may have seen the brand-new look. It's just the first step in redesigning our network to create a unified look!      Today, this press room was the next to be changed, and while its color palette is still a work-in-progress, you can get a sense of what the new network is going to look like! The color scheme is going to be comprised mostly of blues and teals, but yellow is also going to be used as a secondary color, with black acing as a neutral base. For those of you who want a visual representation, here's the new official color palette.      If this looks somewhat familiar, that's because this color palette is intended to be reminiscent of the old LEGO Studios sets from 2000-2…

What on Earth!?!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; March 30, 2017)      So I was busy working in my office yesterday evening when I got this e-mail from Samuel Gordon that claimed to have an odd photo that he found in the studio's servers. Since I needed to take my mind away from what I was doing at the moment so that I could accurately assess my work anyway, I decided to open it up. To say that it is odd is an understatement.      So, who cloned Solek? No, seriously. Why do we even have a picture of nine Soleks walking across the desert on the Studio's mainframe? Either someone is really asking Mark Matthew to fire them, or this is left over from a dead project that the studio bought years ago.      Wanting answers, I quickly sent Samuel an e-mail about the image, and he claims that the image is from a partnership that finalized less than a year ago, and that the image is from last December. I don't know what to think anymore.      So, any wild guesses what this …

Mysterious List Found!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; March 29, 2017)      I did not think that I was going to post anything today, but I was recently sorting out the documents for a recent production that has wrapped, and I came across this odd list of codes and letters. I asked around at the studio to figure out what it meant, but no one could make heads or tails of it. Out of options, I decided to consult the fan base to see if they could sort it out. 71288 JT171289 C571290 AOL71291 JT271292 FOF71293 KF171294 JT371295 TTV171296 AT171297 DA171298 LNM171299 LNM271301 AT271302 JT471303 SPR71304 AATZ171305 AT371306 TBBT171307 MC71308 JT571310 DA271311 FITP171312 FITP271313 ABM71314 SC171315 LI71316 NK171317 RR171318 RR271320 SU171321 LOT71322 DA371323 DA471324 LU71325 E171326 MPI71327 NK271328 SU2      I don't know if this list of codes is complete, but from what I can discern, they appear to have some sort of "covert" names, I guess? Now, between you and me, I don&#…

Celebrate the Weekend with New Content!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; March 3, 2017)      It's the weekend, so we have lots of new content to share! While we intended this to be a 1,000 subscriber celebration, we only have 998 subscribers as of this time. However, we're still going through with our celebration, anyway!      For starters, we have eight new official Mustache Maniacs Film Co. memes that you can use in your social media interactions. To download any of the memes, right-click on the one you want and select "Save Image As" to save it to your computer!

In other news, we have a brand-new show that debuts tomorrow alongside the next episode of Backstage Showcase. It's titled Art Demonstration Show and will feature Andrew Bermudez discussing and creating art. Unlike Backstage Showcase, however, this new show does not yet have a set release schedule. One possible solution is one episode a month, but that is still being ironed out. To build up hype for the first …
