By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; June 25, 2017)      Today marks the beginning of BRAWL 2017, and that means that we are pleased to announce our own entry into this contest, complete with a finished title treatment!      Just like we promised last week, this film will introduce a brand-new character into our cinematic universe! This time, the character is Mark Walker, one of the eventual main characters from the upcoming film B.I.O. Corps , and this film will cover how he gets into the life that he leads before his next appearance and what happens to make him into the person that he is in his upcoming roles. Here is the official description. Meet Mark Walker, a college jock from Billings, Montana who has just been accepted into the police academy in Juneau, Alaska! However, before he even packs his bags, a freak accident clones him into two people! What happens next will change his life forever!  Filming is set to be conducted tomorrow, followed

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; June 19, 2017)      As we continue to work on The Third Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards  and Pharaoh's Quest: The Curse of Amset-Ra , we are also gearing up for a smaller project that will be released early in July: our entry to the competition BRAWL 2017! Just like our other contest entries from the past, this film will be considered canon in the cinematic universe. But what else can you expect from this new film? It will be better than our last BRAWL film,  Solarum  (no regrets writing that).   Here are a few things that we consider to be significant about this film, even if the contest theme won't be announced until June 25. It Will Introduce Another New Character Into Our Cinematic Universe. This first point isn't really surprising, as we've lately been using each of our small films to introduce a brand new character into the cinematic universe, especially since the characters from t

All New Ask Mark Matthew!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; June 9, 2017)      Today we bring you another 'Ask Mark Matthew,' containing 100% new material! Let's get started! TIM Stickland writes: dont suppose you guys are interested in a lego batman style movies? Mark:  I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but if you are referring to the animation style of "The LEGO Batman Movie," we are moving in that direction with our future films. Our films probably won't mirror that style exactly, but we still want to create films with larger sets, better effects, and more expressive acting going forward. Hope this answers your question! TIM Stickland: i just ment films with batman in or focused on batman 😁 i seen other youtubers do some but not the same quality as you guys....... Mark:  We prefer not to feature licensed characters (with the exception of LEGO's own characters) in our films, as we consider that selling out our creativity in t

Another Canon Update!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; June 2, 2017)      As we move ahead with not only The Third Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards , but Project U's films as well, we've taken the time to update the canon to reflect some new developments. Here's everything that has been updated. The characters of Ms. Calliope Shaw and Eridanus Cooke from Stephen "Athos" Bishop's Adventurers stories are now canon characters. For the time being, the stories where they originated from are not considered canon, but this may change in the future. The character of Mr. X from Mystery at Shady Acres , also known as Secret Agent X, now has the legal name of Gregory Pickford. He is the grandson of Private Leo Pickford from Kilroy Was Here!  and is an agent for the FBI. The character of Mike from the 2000 Adventurers Dino Island LEGO Sets is entering the canon as a resident Herpetologist (scientist who studies reptiles and amphibians) at the L
