By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; January 17, 2017)      Happy Cable Car Day! Before you ask, yes, that is a real holiday. To celebrate today's holiday, "Backstage Showcase" has ended its hiatus with a brand-new episode! It's all about the cable car battle in "Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients," so its sure to be fun! Also, this video marks our first-ever YouTube custom thumbnail! We're currently working throughout this week to get custom thumbnails in place for the other episodes of "Backstage Showcase," (episodes 1, 2, 10, and 11 are already done) with custom thumbnails coming to other videos soon! We'll fill you in on the details as they emerge, but until then, here's today's episode!

New Opinion Survey!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; January 12, 2017)      We're conducting another survey for our audience today to see what they want to see more of from us. The poll runs from now until the end of February, but if I were you, I would vote today by taking a look over the four polls on the right side of this press room.      This is in response to an internal decision to address our fan base and see what they really want to see from us. This is an especially important time for us to do so, since we released New Year's Resolution  back on Sunday and plan on releasing the next Backstage Showcase episode this Saturday. At the same time, we'll be creating a video that covers the same issues outlined here and uploading that as well. If there is something that you want to explicitly tell us that the polls don't address, just leave a comment down below.      Speaking of leaving comments, we're also pulling up this old questionnaire from o

"New Year's Resolution" Kicks Off Resolve for Wellness Week!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; January 8, 2017)      THAC XIV has officially ended, which marks the release of our entry, New Year's Resolution ! Just like films like Rift  and The Kingfisher , this film introduces an original character who will be appearing in a large way in the future. For today's film, the character is none other than Zac Fernstein, a millennial who, on the brink of his life falling to pieces, decides to make some changes about himself. You can watch the film here.      In addition to today's film, we have some important announcements to make. The first is that we have officially revised the canon again to integrate one film and to remove another. Here is what has changed. Be careful, because the first change log entry has spoilers for today's film. New Year's Resolution  has officially entered the canon. It takes place over the time span explicitly stated in the film. In the film, the job that fires Zac

Our New Year's Resolution: to Bring You the "New Year's Resolution" Theatrical Poster!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; January 7, 2017)      After a long day assembling and submitting the film New Year's Resolution  for release tomorrow, we felt that it was time to start our own campaign for New Year's resolutions! We'll fill you in on the details tomorrow, but tonight we have a wonderful surprise for you: the official poster for the film!      If there's one thing that all of us that have made New Year's resolutions know, it's that they take time to achieve. So since the film's only point of focus is the character of Zac Fernstein (who will later appear as the protagonist in the Project U film B.I.O. Corps ), it shows him literally traversing time to reach his goals. Instead of being a gloomy story of defeat of not actually keeping your resolutions, it instead is a success story about how one's self-reliance and own decisions to change for the better will lead to a healthier life.      In addition t

Make your Resolution to Watch "New Year's Resolution," Coming Tomorrow!

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; January 7, 2017)      THAC XIV is on, and for our entry, we're exploring another one of our future characters! The film is entitled "New Year's Resolution," and centers around the character of Zac Fernstein, a lazy and undisciplined millennial whose latest job loss forces him to make some life choices. Determined to become better, he eats better, sleeps better, exercises more, and manages his time better. But will his past mistakes catch up with him?      We're currently working on the film, so we don't have much time to fill in the details. However, we will have more details regarding the film both tonight and for its release tomorrow, so stay tuned!
