Archive Collections: Storyboard Madness

Image
By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; November 21, 2014)      We're back with another Archive Collections, this one focusing on storyboards! So, without further ado, let's get started!      Storyboards are a very important part of any film's pre-production, as they help alleviate the headache of planning shots as you go, which can give some less-than-satisfactory results. This is especially important for animation, where careful planning is crucial to ensure that everything reads properly on-screen. For that planning process, several thumbnails of different shots are compiled. These are the storyboards. For Mustache Maniacs Film Co., storyboards have been used extensively for pre-planning several animated films. Studio Update: Setbacks and Steps Forward

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; November 17, 2014)      Today is another update, straight from our scheduling plans! Let's take a look!      To start off, Attack of the Fifty-Foot Hamster has been delayed yet again to a new, as of yet, unannounced release date. "Don't worry. We are still going to make it, as it is part of Project U," said LEGO Studios CEO Mark Matthew. "We are just not ready to release it on November 28. It is now expected to be aired Summer 2015, though that date may change.      In other news, pre-production on the remaining scripts for Project U, the main reasons these other projects have been crawling along, is just about over. With all of the scripts written and adjusted, they will now be passed on to our script editing team, which will …

Lynn Amin writes: Can you make the girl to a vampires?
Mark: No. We will not be turning Mary into a vampire. On the contrary, she will remain the voice of reason in Leo and Mary's relationship, as both characters return in Project U.

Iced Coffee writes: Hey guys, so I've been a long time fan of yours and love all your Johnny Thunder films. My friend and I have recently made this youtube channel to be a compilation of like gaming videos, short films, comedy sketches, multi-part series, whatever else we feel feel like. If you were to look now, you wouldn't see much because we are still in the idea-planning stage. One of the ideas thrown out was a Johnny Thunder live action film series, to be like a comedy/action series. I was wondering if we could base some of our characters off of their Mustache Maniacs counterpa…
