The Quest for Canonization Officially Begins!

     At Mustache Maniacs Film Co., the summer season has officially started today with the start of The Quest for Canonization! In this new contest, fans will be challenged with writing brand-new stories that take place in the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. cinematic universe. First, here is the contest video: CLICK HERE
     If you do not want to be bothered with the video, here are the official rules.

Official Rules
 The Quest for Canonization is an opportunity for the fans to submit their stories for the chance to win a place in the official Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Cinematic Universe, among other goodies!

To submit an entry:
   1. Make a video of your story. How you choose to tell your story is all up to you. You can animate it, have you and friends act it out, storyboard it, do a photo story, or even just film yourself reading it. The only limits you have are the deadline and your imagination!
   2. Upload the video to YouTube and send the link to andrewberm@sbcglobal.net or via the Contact Us page on the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Website.
   3. Submit the entry by midnight July 31, 2015.

Prizes:
Grand Prize: A place in the official canon and one copy each of both music albums: Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Music Album.
1st Prize: A place in the official canon and your choice of either music album: Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients Original Motion Picture Soundtrack or Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Music Album.
2nd Prize: A place in the official canon and the remaining music album.

Rules of Conduct:
   1. All entries MUST have some form of cohesive story. Any entries that do not make sense narrative-wise will not be counted.
   2. Entries do not need to feature Mustache Maniacs Film Co. characters, but must take the existing universe into account.
   3. Entries CANNOT kill off official Mustache Maniacs Film Co. characters. Doing so will result in disqualification. The only exception is if the film depicts an official death scene.
   4. Official canon CANNOT be changed. Doing so will result in disqualification.
   5. Each entry has a minimum length of 30 seconds. There is no maximum length.
   6. Inappropriate content is not permitted in any entry. Inappropriate content will result in disqualification.
   7. Copyrighted material is permitted, but is discouraged to encourage participants to make their own content.
   8. Remaking an official Mustache Maniacs Film Co. story in a new form (i.e. remaking Com 50 as an animation) will result in disqualification. This is your opportunity to tell your own story in the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Cinematic Universe.

   9. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM July 31, 2015. Winners will be announced August 7, 2015.

An Update on "Howling Hollow: The Forest of Fear!"

Well, today, we have the answer! Howling Hollow: The Forest of Fear  is Having a Multi-Part Story Reveal for Two Weeks!      Over the last several months, the project has seen sporadic updates to the back-story of the land, as well as the layout and the characters, the latter of which were just revealed to celebrate Halloween.
