"Mystery at Shady Acres" has Returned!

At long last, after waiting several months for its re-release, Mystery at Shady Acres has returned better than before! "While it is not Mustache Maniacs Film Co.'s best film, I am still certain that the film will prove to be popular with our fan base, the original actors from the play, and those who are looking into putting on a performance of this suspenseful, yet comedic, play," said LEGO Studios CEO Mark Matthew. "The intermission game, Shady Acres Super Sleuth, should also be popular. With so much work being put into Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients and Late for the Soccer Match, it was important for us to re-release this film in order to help our fans wait out the long period needed to make these two movies." An alternative version of this film, titled The Drama Zone: Nightmare at Shady Acres, will be out October 26th, just in time for Halloween.
In other news, the filming for Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients has slowed down due to the crowds in London who had come to watch the Olympics. However, now that the Olympics have ended and the crowds have dispersed, filming will pick up speed again. "We are glad that the crowd levels have died down," said director Steven Lawrence. "Now we can resume work on the exciting chase scene we've been working on." Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients will be released summer 2014.
On the other hand, Late for the Soccer Match has been moving along nicely for its Fall release into the Bricksinmotion.com contest, Kitchen Sink. Director Seth Masterson is elated about this progress and is confident about its success. Next week, a major portion of the filming will be done downtown. A teaser will be released next month before its submission into the contest. The film will be released publicly on October 19th and will be our first film to have 3-D options available when it is released.
With all of this filming that is being done aside, be sure to check out Mystery at Shady Acres on our YouTube channel.
