The Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Press Room

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; September 15, 2026)     This running joke seems to never end, does it?  The Fourth Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards is being delayed again to November 6 of this year. However, we now have everything in place to finish this film once and for all, with a guaranteed release on that date. The Decision to Make Another Delay     We used the summer, as promised, to fill more roles. While we did manage to fill most of the film's roles, multiple roles were still left open, with most of the issues related to getting most of the returning characters to have their roles reprised by their respective voice actors. Some of them were outright replaced, while others are being filled via another means. And no, that means is not AI voice cloning. How Archive Audio Ended up Saving the Day     It's not something that we've done a lot in the past, but archive audio is something that we've used i...

By: Andrew Bermudez (Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; May 24, 2026)     It seems like a tale as old as time, but due to issues with securing the needed voice recordings, The Fourth Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards  is being delayed to September 25 of this year. However, with summer upon us, we're going to use this opportunity to finally finish the film. Here's how. The Decision to Make this Last Delay     We were really trying to make this deadline, but as we've contacted people to get the needed dialogue, we've only seen a spotty response at best. There's a real possibility now that someone might have to pick up a best performance award on behalf of someone else, but hopefully we'll be able to keep this to a minimum. The idea of cloning the voice performances with AI was tossed around for about ten seconds before LEGO Studios CEO Mark Matthew tossed that executive out of the studio for suggesting AI voice cloning. However, we won't need...
