The Year in Review: 2023

We were pretty quiet in the build-up to Twenty Years Young , but we did still have a substantial amount of content this past year. January     To kick off the new year,  Hunted: A (Not) Bigfoot Story  was released on January 8. This tale of a hillbilly with overgrown hair and the campers who think that he's bigfoot was created for THAC 2023. While the film did not win any prizes, it did become just one of many entries in the record-breaking competition that will have you stomping with laughter. We also began an audit of the studio archives as part of a final push to finish content for Twenty Years Young , as well as geared up to plow through the projects planned for this year. Twenty Years Countdown: The Holiday Grand Finale

Headquarters; December 25, 2023)     Like we did for Ten Years of Going Crazy! , we're going to use Christmas to mark the Twenty Years Young  celebration finale. How, may you ask? That's what we're going to cover today! The Archivist : A Celebration of Mustache Maniacs Film Co.'s History with a Twist      Expected to be released on December 20, 2024, The Archivist  will conclude the celebration with a surprise montage of recently unearthed footage! It's basically going to be this celebration's answer to Where It All Began  from Ten Years of Going Crazy! , but we wanted to do something a little different this time around. The footage on its own is, quite frankly, unremarkable. However, what sets this film apart is the animated framing device, as the story follows a LEGO Studios intern who is cataloging the archive when they stumble across the footage in a box.
