Fan Choice Awards  is being delayed to September 25 of this year. However, with summer upon us, we're going to use this opportunity to finally finish the film. Here's how. The Decision to Make this Last Delay     We were really trying to make this deadline, but as we've contacted people to get the needed dialogue, we've only seen a spotty response at best. There's a real possibility now that someone might have to pick up a best performance award on behalf of someone else, but hopefully we'll be able to keep this to a minimum. The idea of cloning the voice performances with AI was tossed around for about ten seconds before LEGO Studios CEO Mark Matthew tossed that executive out of the studio for suggesting AI voice cloning. Yes, the original film was going to be more ambitious than THAC would normally allow, but we're working out ways to make the film economically while still adhering to our new quality guidelines. We released five new films in total, and we've ramped up our production pipeline for the years ahead! As that begins to unfold, let's take a look back at what happened this year. January     The year started out with the release of our THAC 2025 entry, An Imposter's Mission ! This short sci-fi comedy, while not winning any prizes, set up the year on a strong note. This film reinterpreted the fish-out-of-water narrative with space aliens for some hilarious comedy! Why this is, and what we're doing in the meantime, are down below. Why Has  The Fourth Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards  Been Delayed Again?     While this ceremony finished filming months ago, the main reason for this delay simply comes down to one thing: we're having trouble casting all of the new roles. We were recently able to fill many of the roles, but most of them are still unfilled. We're currently working with these new performers to get these lines recorded, with the expectation that everyone knows that this awards ceremony won't be released until next year. Adapted from the obscure video game LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed , the previously unnamed Volcano Explorer is now named Volcano Explorer Iggy, with his personality being a hybrid of his two official descriptions and his last name being all-new.
