"Basking in Fields of Green" is Releasing Early!

    In a surprise twist, we have a film that's releasing early! Here's the full scoop and what you can expect for BRAWL 2024!

Basking in Fields of Green is Set to be Released on June 30!

    While we can't spill any specifics until the contest theme has been announced, the film Basking in Fields of Green, our first-ever serious romance film, is now releasing on June 30! This film takes the concept of the never-released film Love and Kisses and turns into an all-new film that explores love in the modern world and what it means to truly understand someone. While the film isn't set to be extremely ambitious, we want this film to be absolutely beautiful. How it will be written will be determined on June 22, the start of the competition. BRAWL 2024 Marks the End of Cancelled Film Revival!

    Since BRAWL 2021, we've used THAC and BRAWL entries to revive scrapped projects under the umbrella title Cancelled Film Revival, which has seen the release of films such as Tale of Ulysses, Officer Spot, and Bradford Rant: Beginnings. With the wrapping of this year's BRAWL, this will also mark the official conclusion of Cancelled Film Revival, with all of the scrapped projects that were selected for reviving now completed. However, this has given rise to a new project on the horizon, which will be announced at the next fan choice awards. However, because Basking in Fields of Green conflicts with the next fan choice awards, you already know where this is going.

Yes, The Fourth Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards Has Been Delayed to July 26, 2024, Taking Mustache Maniacs Film Co.: The Visual Dictionary - 3rd Edition Along with It!

    In case you haven't noticed yet, Galactic Convoy and now Basking in Fields of Green are making June out to be a VERY busy month, with little breathing room left. Ironically, by making that BRAWL entry into a June release, that means that July currently has nothing new to offer. We're compensating for this and balancing the workload by pushing The Fourth Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards back to July 26, with Mustache Maniacs Film Co.: The Visual Dictionary - 3rd Edition now releasing on July 29. We will keep you informed of any updates, but we expect this to be the film's final delay.

6/13/2024 Update: More Schedule Changes

    With the return of Indiana Jones and the Secret of the Leopard's Treasure today, we have a few new schedule announcements to make today. Firstly, due to delays in building the primary spaceship for the film Galactic Convoy, that film is being delayed to June 21. Filming will begin today. On top of this, assets for a never released animatic (in the same vein as Seeing Eye Robber) were recently uncovered for a test project titled "Flour Sack." That animatic, now titled Sackie's Mishap (And Other Tales), is now in production for release later this year, most likely in September. That film's art gallery will also be released at the same time.

Headquarters; November 5, 2023)     If you remember our special project Howling Hollow: The Forest of Fear  that debuted on February 1 of this year, you might be wondering what's going on there. Well, today, we have the answer! Howling Hollow: The Forest of Fear  is Having a Multi-Part Story Reveal for Two Weeks!      Over the last several months, the project has seen sporadic updates to the back-story of the land, as well as the layout and the characters, the latter of which were just revealed to celebrate Halloween. Now, starting today, the project blog is going to have daily updates for the next two weeks that will walk you through the main story of the land by way of the interactive game HowlSpace: The Howling Hollow Messaging App , which includes in-depth looks at each location as they become relevant in the said game. "Animation Reel 2" Debuts with new Logo

Headquarters; January 8, 2013)      Earlier today, a demo reel from MEA 135 class was released, showcasing some animation from that class (you can watch it  here ). However, a more important element of this release is the logo at the beginning. If you compare it to previous releases, you will notice that this logo has been highly upgraded with banners, text, and more. "This logo update is very important," said LEGO Studios CEO Mark Matthew. "Before, the technology used in our films was a little...dated, to say the least, so the old logo worked. However, we now have the entire Adobe CS6 Creative Suite. We can literally add big-budget special effects, highly stylized fonts, dramatic credits, and more to our films, giving our films a professional touch. However, the unintended side effect is that our films will now look so good, the old logo will look bad in comparison. That is what makes this update important."  T
