Travel into the Depths of Space in "Galactic Convoy," Coming June 14, 2024!

Galactic Convoy  will be Released on June 14, 2024!      Just in time for brickfilms.com's Universe and Beyond competition (an unofficial part of LEGO's recent space brand marketing push), an all-new space-faring adventure titled Galactic Convoy  will be released on June 14! This short film follows a group of four extraterrestrial runners-for-hire who are moving cargo on behalf of Futuron Corporation, but things take an action-packed turn when Blacktron Renegades jump on their heels! This colorful film will be a modern tribute to the classic factions of LEGO Space while introducing not just a new cast of characters to the cinematic universe, but also an entire universe that exists outside of Earth! The Story of the Johnny Thunder Saga: Mustache Maniacs Film Co.'s Most Popular Franchise

Headquarters; May 18, 2024)     Today is International Museum Day, so we're going all in today like Dr. Kilroy and creating our own exhibit of the history of the Johnny Thunder Saga, our own franchise adapting the LEGO Adventurers theme! Here's a brief history of that franchise and where it's going today. 2002-2004 - Before the Saga: The Canceled and Lost Johnny Thunder Films     Ever since the early days of the pre-formation era, attempts at creating a LEGO Adventurers-based film were actually fairly commonplace. Some of these used the LEGO Studios Steven Spielberg Movie Maker Set, while others were intended to use more sophisticated software. However, all of these titles were either lost or were canceled during their development. Headquarters; May 4, 2024)     It is May the 4th, Star Wars Day, and while we don't usually tackle LEGO themes that the LEGO Group produces under license, we've tried and failed to explore the Star Wars Galaxy in the past! Here are all of the attempts that we've made into this space and why they failed for one reason or another. 2002: Steven Makes Star Wars     Our earliest attempt at a LEGO Star Wars  fan film dates all the way back to the pre-formation era, back when the LEGO Studios Steven Spielberg Movie Maker set was still in use. Most of the films made in the early months of the pre-formation era amounted more to animation tests than anything else, but a few standouts, for both the right and wrong reasons, were produced during this era. This month, we're diving into the Johnny Thunder Saga with The Month of Thunder , and we plan on doing it with some historical stories! The Month of Thunder : What to Expect in May         With May here and summer just around the corner, we're diving into an entire month dedicated to Johnny Thunder and more! Let's take a look at what's in store for this month. The failed THAC XVI entry, The Bartender's Tale , will finally be released on May 3. The special edition of Kilroy Was Here!  will be released on May 20. On May 22, the special edition of Indiana Jones and the Heart of the Dragon  will be released. The Fourth Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards  has been delayed to May 26.
