"Tale of Ulysses" and "Camel: The Album" Have Arrived!

    BRAWL 2022 is officially over, which means that we now have another film up our sleeves! But that's not all that we have today! Read on to see what is currently going on!

Tale of Ulysses Has Been Released!

    After what felt like a grueling development time, Tale of Ulysses has officially been released, reimagining and manifesting this never-realized (until now!) project from our past! The film focuses on Ulysses' time in the U.S. Army after the American Civil War and the events of America: Outlawed, but before When Barrels Fly. Camel: The Album is Now Available!

    In addition to today's film release, we also have the hot new album Camel: The Album available to purchase! It's $8.99 and includes eight all-new songs, including the song Bowling for a Camel, which was featured in the April Fool's Day version of Camel: The Movie. The actual version of the film will use another song from this album, along with additional music. Another Quick Canon Update!

    With the release of these new products, this does mean that we have some quick canon housekeeping that we need to do. There's not much that needs to be done today, but here is everything that is new.

• Tale of Ulysses is entering the canon as events from the year 1874. It essentially acts as a bridge between America: Outlawed and When Barrels Fly.
• A recently-released official Ninjago story, Amber Spiral, is entering the canon as events from the year 2022. It's set between the events of Captain D. Rom in: To be a bug on the wall... and Speeder.
• Speaking of Ninjago, we now have an official explanation as to why Lord Garmadon and Sensei Wu are SO old: They're not human, since their father, the First Spinjitzu Master, isn't actually human and came from the Realm of Oni and Dragons (Realms are like alternate realities, but not really...it's hard to explain. We'll explain how THIS arm of the multiverse operates after we've taken some migraine relief pills).

We're also still reviewing the canon for any contradictions, so we'll have more updates throughout the rest of this year and all of next year.

Where We're Going for the Rest of the Year

    With this film and music album out and about, you might be wondering what we're planning for the rest of the year. For starters, we're sticking to our current plans for both this year and next year, which means that you probably won't be seeing much from us until the start of Twenty Years Young. But if you do need a recap of what we're planning, here's an overview of our 2022-2023 projects with their expected release times.

What is Howling Hollow: The Forest of Fear?

    For the past few months, you may have seen some references appear for something called Howling Hollow: The Forest of Fear, which is a project of ours for next year. But the wiki doesn't list it as a movie, comic, book, game, or show, so what is it? To make a long story short, this is an on-going art project that imagines the town of Howling Hollow from Forest of Fear and Cities That You MUST Absolutely, Positively Stay Out of to Avoid Being Eaten Alive!!! as a fully-functioning, immersive theme park land. It is still very much a work-in-progress, but we are looking at several different ways to showcase all of the artwork that is being created for the land. We can't say too much, but we will have an official teaser out in October, with the project debuting in phases throughout 2023.
