What To Expect From Our "Brawling" in BRAWL 2017!

(Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Headquarters; June 19, 2017)
As we continue to work on The Third Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards and Pharaoh's Quest: The Curse of Amset-Ra, we are also gearing up for a smaller project that will be released early in July: our entry to the competition BRAWL 2017! Just like our other contest entries from the past, this film will be considered canon in the cinematic universe. But what else can you expect from this new film? It will be better than our last BRAWL film, Solarum (no regrets writing that). Here are a few things that we consider to be significant about this film, even if the contest theme won't be announced until June 25.
It Will Introduce Another New Character Into Our Cinematic Universe.
This first point isn't really surprising, as we've lately been using each of our small films to introduce a brand new character into the cinematic universe, especially since the characters from the upcoming film B.I.O. Corps need to be introduced to audiences before the film itself is released. Since both Rift and New Year's Resolution introduce characters from that upcoming film, expect this film to do the same.
It Will Be Made in One Week.
If you are not familiar with BRAWL, it is a contest similar to THAC, except BRAWL is spread out over the course of one week instead of one day. Other than that, both contests are identical in rules and usually in prizes. However, since this contest gives us more time to work on the film, that will bring us to our other points that we want to make.
It Will Be Our First Film to Feature Full Mouth Animation.
Yes, you read that right. Because of the success of the mouth animation test from our LEGO Dimensions April Fool's Day joke, we're now standardizing it for all of our films going forward, excluding The Third Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards. This means that, since we have the blessing of extra time, this BRAWL entry will include full mouth animation for all of the characters.
It Will Be Our First 4K Film.
We have yet to release a film in 4K resolution. However, because our old camera stopped working and forced us to transition over to our new camera prematurely, we will be shooting this film entirely in 4K. How this will affect our logos, we have yet to determine. Ultimately, they may have to be upgraded to 4K in the days leading up to BRAWL 2017.
The End Credits Will Be More Truncated.
There has been a problem of overlong credits for our films, and we're going to change that this time by only including the names that have to be there. Some positions will not even be mentioned if the person responsible for that role is already in the credits.
The Lighting Will Be More Varied.
As our technology has improved, we have access to new utilities that allow for more varied lighting and less "flat" lighting that we have had in our previous films.
The Film Will Be Atmospherically Darker Than Our Past Films.
In the past, we've usually made films that are irreverent and silly in nature. After all, you can't hear names like Patrick Hooligans and Nana's Martial Arts and Crafts without cracking up. However, because Project U is taking our cinematic universe in a darker direction, this film will follow that direction. It will probably have some humor, but expect something darker than usual.
