Studio Update: Project U Begins Filming and Decide the Next Archive Collections!

Just two days ago, filming for the massive, multi-year project Project U officially began with the opening scenes for Attack of the Fifty-Foot Hamster. While the giant hamster puppet is nearing completion, the scenes that do not require it will be completed first. However, as all of the films will be filmed simultaneously, that means that filming for Alpha Team: Mission Deep Jungle will begin shortly. We are also expecting the production gallery for Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients to be released in October, with the contest prizes shipping out soon after.
In other news, the next Archive Collections has not yet been decided on, so we're turning to the fans to see what they would like to see next. Some possibilities will be put up to vote, with the actual Archive Collections post coming in October. The ideas are:
  • Where Johnny Thunder Almost Went (Locations deleted from Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients)
  • Storyboard Madness (Storyboards from our films)
  • Anything Made of Paper (Props, tickets, and more that are made of paper or similar material)
  • Characters of the Future (Character concept art for Project U)
  • The Photoshop Job (Anything made or altered in Photoshop for our films)
  • Delectable Edible Premiere Delights (Food assortment created for the premiere of Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients)
Voting will be held between now and September 30, with the selected post being released early in October. However, some of these may become other Archive Collections posts in November and December.
However, what is starting this weekend is our Halloween tribute to ten Mustache Maniacs Film Co. villains, which will receive pages on the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Wiki between now and Halloween.
With that, that is all of the news we have for now. Be sure to vote for the next Archive Collections on the right side of this page!
