After several board meetings, brainstorming sessions, reality checks, and scheduling, the official schedule for next year's mega-event, "Ten Years of Going Crazy!", has been compiled, containing all of the highlights for next year's year-long event. They are as follows:
January: Prepare for all of the glamor that January will bring when The Second Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards debuts, revealing the best Mustache Maniacs Film Co. productions from the last 3 years as chosen by the fan base. The show will abound with stars, a brand-new song, and announcements for new projects, including a blockbuster animated brickfilm for 2015! Also, be sure to check out the original awards ceremony, as it will feature 3-D options beginning this month!
February: An old-school re-release from Mustache Maniacs Film Co.'s past days will return with From the Vaults - Indiana Jones and the Secret of the Leopard's Treasure! Indy is off to Zimbabwe to look for the Leopard's Treasure, but Baron Von Stuka is after it, too! Who will get it first? Find out in this re-release! Speaking of re-releases, both Com 50 and Com 50 and 007 will get 3-D versions this month!
March: Race into excitement with the short brickfilm Speeder! A remake of the LEGO Studios pre-formation film of the same name, this film features a cop, a girl, and a boy who drives too fast. When these three elements mix, hilarity is sure to ensue. Don't forget to race in and see this film!
April: April 18th is our birthday, so to celebrate, we're releasing a 10 years tribute montage! It'll be a montage of our best films, including a few that didn't quite make it online. There is no more fitting tribute: unless you count 3-D versions of Johnny Thunder and the Secret of Marco Polo and Indiana Jones and the Heart of the Dragon as tributes, as both will arrive this month.
May: It's not only a time for finals, it's also a time for cool spy action! This month, From the Vaults - Com 50-3: Raid on Central Island will make its official debut after some "tweaking" to the film. It's the last Com 50 film, which sends him on his most dangerous mission yet! Will he succeed? 3-D will also be added to Johnny Thunder and the Gift of the Nile this month. And if that's not enough, the Crazy Birthday e-Card Contest starts this month! Rules will be announced at the contest start.
June: Yar! After eight years, Roger Goodman, Long John Sliver, Sarah Huffington, Bluebeard, and the rest of the crew will be ready to sail again in this interactive re-release of Jolly Roger and the Pirate Queen! Between each scene, adventures await ye scurvy dogs, from cannon shooting, to cave exploring, and puzzle solving! This unique return of a Cornerstone Thespian Society classic, created in collaboration with Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Gaming, is sure to shiver your timbers! Aye me hearties!
July: Had enough adventure from June? We're not done yet! July is our biggest film yet: Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients! This animated adventure will take you to the far reaches of the globe as Johnny and his friends look of the ancient portal keys that will unlock the Hidden Mysteries! But Lord Sam Sinister and his men are back to stop them, and they're stronger than ever! Filled with chases, puzzles, and intrigue, this is sure to be Johnny's most exciting adventure yet! Also coming in July is a 3-D version of Wonders of Buoyancy.
August: Because of the need to release the parts for Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients, not much will happen in August. However, we do have the release for Zoo Flight planned for this month, so get ready for some Segway riding fun! Also coming this month is the first of what will become a series of Legoman comic books, to further re-introduce the character of Legoman. It's sure to be fun!
September: When the school year starts, the fun gets even better! Pepper, Sky, The Brickster, Nick, Laura, and the rest of the LEGO Island gang will gear up for the Flash-animated LEGO Island: The Animated Series! Created in the same vein as the LEGO Island Comic Adventures, this series is sure to delight your sense of humor with some of your favorite characters from the smash hit video games!
October: Boo! It's time for something scary with a re-boot of the never-made film Attack of the Fifty-Foot Hamster! Done in the style of a horror B-movie, scientists are doing experiments when an accident makes a ferocious hamster, nick-named Black Bear, grow to a monstrous size! Who will stop this terrible menace? Check out the film to see who our unlikely hero is!
November: Com 50's film saga may be over, but he's not forgotten. Now viewers can be recruited by Com 50 for special duty in Com 50 Covert Operations: The Interactive Mission! Re-booted from an old project, this CGI game will take audiences on a mission into Cal Pada headquarters to destroy this threat once and for all in this all-new story! Will you save the day?
December: The old pre-formation musical Legoettes Take Manhattan is getting a Christmas makeover for its holiday remake! In this whimsical musical, a group of young performers prove their singing capabilities and try to get their big break. However, the pressures of show business are great. Will the group be able to make their way to the top? It's certainly a merry way to end the tenth anniversary festivities!
As a side note, the animated versions of Seeing Eye Robber and Freddy and Joey in Corn Farm have been canceled for "not fitting into the schedule properly." Also, please note that this list is subject to change without notice, so be forewarned. Finally, be sure to vote for The Second Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan Choice Awards today!
