All New Ask Mark Matthew!

Today we bring you another 'Ask Mark Matthew,' containing 100% new material! Let's get started!

LegoHubTv writes: How many people have registered [for The Film School Challenge] yet?
Mark: Now that registration has now ended, we have a total of five participants. The standardized set-up for the contest required seven people, but we're working on a way to change it for the five people.

MRlegobuilder987 writes: Great! I remember always wanting to do an Alamo brickfilm. Was the audio remastered though, or is it original?
Mark: It's original. You see, even though Remember the Alamo was filmed all the way back in 2005, it was never edited together until now, so this film straddles the gray area between release and re-release; it's old, but this is the first time it was ever released. There were some elements to the film from then that did have audio, though. However, these are not in the finished film.

A Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Fan writes: At risk of sounding like an idiot, what's Vimeo?
Mark: Vimeo is a video-hosting website, just like YouTube, that is aimed more at the art of cinema than commercialization. Unlike YouTube's acceptance of any type of video, Vimeo has strict guidelines for video content and a limited amount of space for uploading. As a result, we'll only be uploading a selection of our films that are aimed at Vimeo's audience (Like Night Guard and Aesthetic Exploration, which are already on there). You can get to our Vimeo channel by clicking here.

That's it for today's edition of Ask Mark Matthew! don't forget that if you have a question, send it as a private message to YouTube user historylegoman. Until then, we'll be making movies!
