Studio Update: Website to be Updated for "Johnny Thunder 3" and "Project U!"

     There has been a lot of activity here as we prepare for not only our tenth birthday on April 18 and some surprises to be featured that day, but also for the release of Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients on July 18! Here's a look at some of the recent events around the studio.

     First off, the creator of the Dino Attack RPG, PeabodySam, has invited the RPG's veteran players to help collaborate with the Project U-Build Play Set Adventures team to develop the wave of sets based on the said RPG. "We are happy to be working with such a talented group of storytellers and writers," said Drawn to Life Animation head Steve Brocko. "By getting even more insight into this unique series of play set adventures, we are sure that this wave of set instructions will be a true hit." No timetable has been set for the set instructions' release, but they may come out as early as late 2015.

     Speaking of the Play Set Adventures, the instructions for the first two sets, 30000 Chinese Army Battle Pack and 30001 Rebel Battle Pack, are now available to download on the website's library page. Just click right here to head on over, download the instructions, and start building! The rest of the wave 1 Play Set Adventures will slowly be released between now and June.

     However, there is a question we have about our library page: should we have the other documents on there, or should we just devote it to the Play Set Adventures? Until the end of this month, you can vote on this in the right-hand column, telling us if you use the page and what you look at there. If you didn't know about the page before now, there is an option for that, too.

     In other news, the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Website will be updated next month to add details for both Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients and Project U! Routine maintenance will also be conducted during this expansion. So, in short, here is a run-down of the changes:

• The personality quiz "Which one of Lord Sinister's Henchmen are You?" will be edited to include John "Six Shots" Parker, Captain Sugar, Thomas Skint, and Steven Sever as options.
• The poll about your favorite short film will be updated.
• The neglected "forums" page will be removed.
• Depending on the results of the aforementioned poll, the "library" page will be re-focused to only feature the Play Set Adventures.
• Details and characters will be added to the "Wisdom of the Ancients" and "Jolly Roger and Pirate Queen" pages.
• More info will be added to the "Project U" page.
• The "Vacation: Unlimited" page will be dusted off and edited for the launch of Global Explorations.
• The first wave of Play Set Adventures will be released, along with two Tales of the Adventurers comics.
• The order of the pages will be revised.
• An "About" page that tells more about who we are will be added.
• All pages will be proofread and spell-checked.

     In a change of pace, the next "Ask Mark Matthew" will be released on April 18 in order to commemorate this special birthday. Ever since the last "Ask Mark Matthew" went online on April 1, we've received some interesting and insightful questions from the fan base. We've already responded to most of them, but we would still like to collect them here to showcase. There are also some other surprises to be had that day, so be sure to check out our YouTube channel, press room, Facebook page, Wiki, and more that day!

     Finally, we would like to mention that filming is still continuing on Johnny Thunder and the Wisdom of the Ancients, with the Machu Picchu sequence almost complete. After that, the jungle chase will be filmed, followed by the top-secret finale. The film will be released July 18. Progress also continues for LEGO Island: The Animated Series, which will air September 6.
