movieguider73 writes: Hello historylegoman, I am movieguider73, the BIGGEST FAN of your films. Anyway, I am sending this to make a proposal to you. I am currently in Pre-Production on a sequel to my original Johnny Thunder film (it was never released due to never getting finished). Anyway, I need your help to have ideas for the sequel. I want it to take place in Egypt, but it won't be like yours. So what do you say? Do you want to help? :) - movieguider73
Mark: Unfortunately, because we're all tied up with three films in development, we won't be able to help you directly. However, I can still give you some advice. First off, since this film follows up a film that was never released, why not make this film independent of the other one? By doing that, the film won't be bound to a film that was never shown publicly, thus giving you more artistic license. Also, even though your film will also take place in Egypt, you still have plenty of room to be creative. After all, in Johnny Thunder and the Gift of the Nile, almost all of the action was original and not dependent on the story of the sets. Many of the characters, like Sarah Thunder, Patrick, and Horatio Schmidt, also didn't appear in the original theme. As for more technical information, like good script structure, proper use of filming equipment, and the basics of animation, I recommend looking around the forums at www.bricksinmotion.com and see what is provided. Hope this helps!
That's it for today's edition of Ask Mark Matthew. Don't forget that if you have a question, be sure to send it as a private message to YouTube user historylegoman. Until then, we'll be making movies!
P.S. While not the greatest in 3-D, Space Attack can now be watched in 3-D. TBC News: The Volcano Blows will be converted to 3-D next week.
